Feedez is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides feedback management tools, including but not limited to feedback collection, voting systems, comment threads, Kanban board organization, email notifications, and analytics dashboards.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Charges are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of the service, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content

6. User Content

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific uptime percentages
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Prevention of security breaches or data loss

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDEZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feedez and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
